1.2 Workspace data
When you use the App, the workspaces, documents, canvases, attachments, tags, membership, and sharing settings you create are stored on our servers so we can provide sync, collaboration, version history, and public sharing. Publicly shared documents may be accessed by anyone with the link.
1.3 Support data
When you contact our support team via email, we receive your email address and any other data you send to us.
1.4 Payment data
Fees for Pro, Business, and other paid plans are processed by Paddle.com Ltd ("Paddle") as our Merchant of Record. We do not store or process your payment card numbers, CVV, or expiration dates. Paddle may collect your billing address, name, and other information required for payment processing, tax calculation, and compliance. Your account, workspace documents, and attachments are stored on our servers until you delete them or delete your account. If you delete your Sunary account, we will delete personal data associated with your account within a reasonable period.

2.3 Compliance
We comply with applicable data protection regulations. If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, your personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR.

You can delete your Sunary account at any time. After account deletion, we will delete personal data associated with your account. Collaborative content in a workspace may remain available to other members.
